Screens & Cladding

Privacy screens, dividers, decorative panels, cladding

Balcony and privacy screens, partitions, decorative panels and cladding. The older car-shade catalogue includes ten balcony screen designs: horizontal louvre cladding, stepped WPC slats, hexagonal Arabic laser-cut, woven PVC, forged classical, organic perforated sheet, botanical laser with polycarbonate, aluminium fins on triangular braces, modular cladding and curved S-rib screens. Screens are built on galvanised or painted steel frames (typically 40x80 mm) with floor bases or perimeter fixing, and each design states a privacy level and ventilation behaviour. Dimensions are indicative and reviewed structurally before execution.

Frequently asked questions

Can laser engraving be made to a custom design?

Yes. The Premium privacy screen comes with laser engraving, and we offer a custom art or decorative design service (laser or CNC) to the client's wish, delivered as a cut-ready file with two revision rounds. A heritage CNC pattern is also available as an option for doors and gates. Design services add 5 working days to the schedule.

What is the standard screen height?

The standard privacy screen height is 200 cm, priced per linear metre over lengths of 2 to 40 m. Sizes above the upper limit need a special study.

Are colours available by RAL code?

Yes. The standard price includes an electrostatic powder coat in one of the standard colours, and a custom RAL colour, wood-look or textured finish can be chosen as a special finish option at an extra cost that depends on the product. The colour and sheen are approved in the approval drawing and sample before fabrication.

Is the calculator price final?

No. The calculator gives a preliminary, non-binding estimate shown as a range; the formal quote issued after a site visit and confirmation of dimensions and specifications is the reference. Stairs, canopies and gates wider than 4 m need a study before pricing and are not part of the automatic total, and the formal quote is valid for 7 days.

What are the payment terms?

A 50% down payment on order confirmation, a 40% fabrication payment when fabrication is complete and before shipping or installation, and a 10% final payment on delivery and acceptance. Prices are in Saudi riyals with 15% VAT added to the total, and the schedule starts after drawing approval and receipt of the down payment.
