What we collect
- When you request a quote through the form: your name, company, mobile number, email address if you give one, project details (product, dimensions, quantity, finish, city and district, installation date), the files you upload such as drawings, bills of quantities and site photos, and the time you accepted this policy.
- When you contact us on WhatsApp: your number, display name, messages and attachments.
- Price estimator: your draft estimate is saved only in your browser, on your device. It reaches us only if you send it to us on WhatsApp.
- Usage data: pages visited, device type and where the visit came from, through Google Analytics, as set out in the cookie notice. We don't link this data to your name or number.
Why we use it
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for marketing without your consent.

- To deliver the project and keep you informed if we work together.
- To improve the website and measure how it performs.

Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, to take steps you ask for before a contract, and to meet legal obligations, under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its regulations.
Who we share it with
Some service providers may process data outside the Kingdom [to be confirmed once hosting and tools are chosen]; where they do, we follow the legal rules on data transfers.
- Service providers who run the website for us: hosting, email, analytics and our request management system.
- Approved delivery partners (such as transport, laser cutting, painting or glass), only as far as needed to deliver your project.

Project photos
We publish photos of your project, your name or its location only with a signed written publication consent that sets out what is published, where, and in how much detail. We never publish faces without their owners’ consent, house numbers, car plates, prices or contract values. You can stop publication in writing at any time; we remove the material from our digital channels within 7 days of your request. This does not cover printed copies handed out before the request.
How long we keep it
