Either works if the right protection is chosen. For iron near the sea we use hot-dip galvanising with a powder coat, and for stainless near the sea we use grade 316; both are conditions for the extended warranty in a coastal environment. The key control point for carbon steel is corrosion protection and the finish system; for stainless it is the grade, finish and sample.

The standard height for both iron and stainless railings is 100 cm, priced per linear metre over lengths of 1 to 30 m. The iron fence, by comparison, has a standard height of 150 cm.

Yes. Fabrication is preceded by an approval drawing of dimensions, form and finish with two revision rounds included free, and stage 4 of our process (Materials and Samples) covers the material schedule, samples and finish confirmation. For stainless the finish sample is approved, and for coatings the sample, colour and sheen are approved before work starts.

Yes. We offer built-in LED lighting with a driver and a wooden handrail on top of the railing, for both iron and stainless railings. These add-ons are charged per linear metre over the full railing length and appear as a separate line in the estimate.

No. The calculator gives a preliminary, non-binding estimate shown as a range; the formal quote issued after a site visit and confirmation of dimensions and specifications is the reference. Stairs, canopies and gates wider than 4 m need a study before pricing and are not part of the automatic total, and the formal quote is valid for 7 days.

A 50% down payment on order confirmation, a 40% fabrication payment when fabrication is complete and before shipping or installation, and a 10% final payment on delivery and acceptance. Prices are in Saudi riyals with 15% VAT added to the total, and the schedule starts after drawing approval and receipt of the down payment.
