From survey to handover

Capabilities & How We Work

Our work approach is clear and traceable because execution quality starts before materials reach the workshop or site.

Seven stages, each with something you receive

Fabrication never starts before the drawing and sample are approved in writing and the advance payment is received. The site visit happens when measurements are needed.

  1. Brief
  2. Engineering
  3. Sampling
  4. Fabrication
  5. Finish & QC
  6. Installation
  7. Handover

Brief

Request review, site visit and measurement.

What happens
  • We review your request: drawings, photos or a description with approximate dimensions.
  • A site visit in Jeddah or Makkah when measurements need to be taken on site.
  • Openings, floors and fixing points are measured and recorded against the drawings.
What you receive
A requirements form and measurements

Next: Engineering

Shop drawings of a steel gate on a drafting desk, a hand marking a dimension, a steel ruler and a finish sample

Engineering

Configuration proposal and shop drawings.

What happens
  • We propose the configuration: sections, infill, fixing method and finish.
  • Shop drawings are produced with dimensions, details and a revision number.
  • Changes are made on the drawing until you approve it; nothing is cut before that.
What you receive
A drawing with a revision number, for approval

Previous: Brief Next: Sampling

Sampling

A finish or joint sample before production.

What happens
  • A finish sample in the agreed colour and texture, or a joint sample where the detail matters.
  • You check it against the drawing and the specification.
  • The approved sample is signed and kept as the reference for production.
What you receive
A signed reference sample

Previous: Engineering Next: Fabrication

Fabrication

Material purchasing, fabrication and management of outside processes.

What happens
  • Material is purchased to the approved schedule and checked on arrival.
  • Cutting, forming, welding and assembly follow the approved drawings.
  • Outside processes such as galvanising or powder coating are managed by us, under the same responsibility.
What you receive
A product matching the approved drawings

Finish & QC

Dimensional, assembly and finish inspection.

What happens
  • Dimensions, squareness and assembly are checked against the drawing.
  • Welds, surfaces and the finish are inspected against the signed sample.
  • Findings are recorded; anything outside tolerance is corrected before shipping.
What you receive
An inspection record before shipping

Previous: Fabrication Next: Installation

Installation

Transport, installation and site coordination.

What happens
  • Transport is planned with protection for the finished surfaces.
  • Installation is coordinated with the site team and the other trades.
  • Observations raised on site are addressed and recorded.
What you receive
An installation record, with observations addressed

Previous: Finish & QC Next: Handover

A newly installed black steel entrance door with a document folder, keys and a finish sample on a ledge in front

Handover

Final inspection and handover documents.

What happens
  • A final inspection with you, against the approved drawings and the sample.
  • A handover report with what was installed and any agreed exclusions.
  • Care instructions for the finish and the moving parts.
What you receive
A handover report and care instructions

Materials and the control point for each

Material and finish selection responds to design intent, use case, operating environment, programme, and project budget. No substitution is adopted without clear technical approval.

MaterialTypical useControl point
Carbon SteelStructural frames, gates, railings, screensCorrosion protection and finish system
Stainless SteelVisible architectural details and high-contact areasGrade, grain direction, and finish sample
AluminiumLightweight architectural elements and interfacesSystem compatibility and thermal movement

Coating and FinishesPowder coating, paint, PVD and specified treatmentsApproved sample, color, sheen, and warranty terms

Final material and finish details follow approved drawings, the material schedule, project samples, and the conditions of the qualified supplier or partner.

Five control points on every project

Scope Control

Confirm scope boundaries, exclusions, interfaces, and acceptance criteria before execution.

Drawing Control

Use approved drawings as the reference for fabrication, procurement, and site work.

Material Traceability

Match materials and finishes to the approved schedule and samples.

Workmanship Review

Check key dimensions, welds, alignment, surface condition, and protection before release.

Handover Readiness

Close items with clear records, care guidance where relevant, and agreed handover requirements.

Send the drawings and we start at stage one

Send your drawings or a description with approximate dimensions. You get a request number straight away, then a quote with a written scope after the site visit.
