Steel Doors & Gates

Standard fabrication time is 18 working days for a pivot or sliding door and 22 working days for a gate, plus installation days and 5 extra working days if design services are requested. The clock starts after drawing approval and receipt of the down payment, and the duration is given as an approximate range confirmed in the formal quote.

For pivot and sliding doors we offer a special finish option: wood-look, textured, or a custom RAL colour on top of the standard coating. We also work on coordinated interfaces with glass and wood and on cladding support as part of our architectural work; the scope of any actual cladding is defined in the approval drawing before fabrication.

A pivot door has no side frame and turns on a heavy-duty hydraulic floor pivot, while a sliding door runs on a heavy track and rollers to save the swing space. Both share the same standard size range (60 to 200 cm wide, 180 to 260 cm high) and an 18-working-day fabrication time.

Yes. The smart lock (fingerprint, code, card) is available for pivot and sliding doors, the video intercom for pivot doors and gates, and the Maglock for doors and gates. For gates we supply an automation system (motor, control panel, two remotes) with installation, programming and user training when installation is chosen, plus add-ons such as safety photocells and a backup battery; the basic electrical wiring is not included.

Yes. Gates wider than 4 metres need an engineering or structural study before pricing, so they are not included in the calculator's automatic total. When required, we arrange structural calculations and drawings stamped by an engineer accredited with the Saudi Council of Engineers through a licensed engineering office, plus a permits follow-up service.

No. The calculator gives a preliminary, non-binding estimate shown as a range; the formal quote issued after a site visit and confirmation of dimensions and specifications is the reference. Stairs, canopies and gates wider than 4 m need a study before pricing and are not part of the automatic total, and the formal quote is valid for 7 days.

A 50% down payment on order confirmation, a 40% fabrication payment when fabrication is complete and before shipping or installation, and a 10% final payment on delivery and acceptance. Prices are in Saudi riyals with 15% VAT added to the total, and the schedule starts after drawing approval and receipt of the down payment.
