Canopies need an engineering or structural study before pricing, and canopies larger than 60 m² need an approved structural design, so their price may differ from the estimate. We arrange structural calculations and drawings stamped by an accredited engineer through a licensed engineering office, and a follow-up service for municipality and civil defence permits; government fees are not included.

Hot-dip galvanising with a powder coat is added by default to canopies because they are exterior work, on top of the standard electrostatic powder finish. This system is a condition for the extended warranty in a coastal environment, and the standard 12-month workmanship and finish warranty covers peeling or blistering of the finish under normal use.

No. The supply and fabrication price does not include concrete footings; they are a separate line priced per footing and executed only together with installation. A gate takes two footings, and a canopy has two rows of columns spaced at most 5 m apart along the longer side.

Yes, we serve Jeddah and the Makkah Region, and Makkah is one of the delivery zones in our guide (about 85 km from our workshop in Asfan); canopies need at least a 6 m truck. A team travel allowance applies when the distance exceeds 40 km, and distances over 200 km are quoted separately after a site visit.

No. The calculator gives a preliminary, non-binding estimate shown as a range; the formal quote issued after a site visit and confirmation of dimensions and specifications is the reference. Stairs, canopies and gates wider than 4 m need a study before pricing and are not part of the automatic total, and the formal quote is valid for 7 days.

A 50% down payment on order confirmation, a 40% fabrication payment when fabrication is complete and before shipping or installation, and a 10% final payment on delivery and acceptance. Prices are in Saudi riyals with 15% VAT added to the total, and the schedule starts after drawing approval and receipt of the down payment.
