Price Estimator
A preliminary, non-binding estimate, item by item before VAT, shown as an approximate range. Stairs, canopies and gates wider than 4 m need a study before pricing. The official quote after the site visit and confirmed dimensions is the reference.
The estimator runs in Arabic today; an English version follows. Product names: pivot door, sliding door, gate, iron railing, stainless railing, fence, window guard, privacy screen, stairs, canopy. The total and the WhatsApp handoff work the same way.
Pressing the WhatsApp button sends your estimate summary to us; the estimate stays preliminary and non-binding.
What the estimate includes
- Fabrication to the chosen size and specification in the Steel Lab workshop, with quality inspection before shipping.
- The approved finish for the chosen level: electrostatic powder coating for steel and polishing for stainless, in a standard colour.
- An approval drawing with dimensions, shape and finish before fabrication, with two revision rounds.
- Installation, transport, automation and the warranty appear as separate lines when you choose them.
What it does not include
- VAT, added to the total.
- Custom architectural or artistic design, certified structural calculations and 3D renders: optional services priced separately.
- Municipality and civil defence permits, government fees and owner approvals, unless permit follow-up is chosen.
- Civil and electrical works outside the stated scope: wiring for motors and lighting, opening and repairing walls, adjacent tiling, plastering and painting.
- Installation and transport when not chosen; scaffolding and heavy cranes unless listed as an item.
This is a preliminary, non-binding estimate. The official quote after the site visit and confirmation of dimensions and specifications is the reference. Supply and accessories are shown at 90% to 115% of the calculated price, transport at 90% to 125%, installation and site works at 90% to 130%; design and warranty at fixed prices. Quote validity: 7 days. If delivery exceeds 30 days from order, the official quote includes a steel price adjustment clause.
